What a weekend. Many many thanks to the competitors for sharing their dogs with all of us.
Thank you to the judges, Susan Colledge, Brandy Clymire, Kristin Sicotte and Elaine Smith who
did such a fine job your time and effort is greatly appreciated. We had a number of folks who
were scribes, tally scribes. ring stewards and did trophies all of them contributed to this being a
highly successful weekend. Special thanks again go to our music man Jim Moore and to our
videographer Cameron Foster.
At the end of the show a special tribute given to Joan Tennille, CFF’s Co-Founder, President and
chief dynamo since this all began 15 years ago. A number of people spoke about Joan and her
contributions to the sport and to them as individual. She was presented with a one of a kind
sterling silver pendant, if the form of the CFF logo along with a banner signed by many
members, numerous cards and letters and a beautiful bouquet of roses. Then a tremendous cake
decorated like the CFF logo and Champagne was served to everyone.
